The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. Sub contracting to both GC's, developers, and home owners. Jobs are bid on and once numbers look good a 50% deposite is required to start work and the other 50% is on pick up or delivery which ever applies.
