"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"Aritas LLC, cancelled the first scheduled day due to some of his employees taking vacation and did not notify until after I called questioning if they were going to arrive that day. We rescheduled for the following week and they arrived on-time. Overall, the finished work was done as discussed and were thorough for adding caulking around the doors to prevent water from leaking inside the house. Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."

"We hired Mitch to paint our house. We had a hard time finding someone to do it. I saw an ad on Facebook for McClovers cleaning with interior painting pictures of their work. I contacted them to see if they did exterior house painting. They are a family owned business and when we met to go over details I knew right away I wanted them to do the job. We had whether related issues to deal with so the job was put off til spring. Once Mitch was able to start he put his all into it! Very easy to work with and very eager to make the customer happy. "We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy.
