"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "Roof and gutters are great. There was a misunderstanding on the fascia from what I asked for and what was replaced. Contract was not worded in clear enough (not itemized/quantified) on that line item, so I didn't realize that what the sales guy heard was different than what I was asking for. Ultimately a mistake on both sides that I didn't catch until much too late (also lowest cost portion of job). Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite, roof was finished in one day. Gutters turned out great, they sent another crew a few days later that was in and out in a half hour."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."
