"They said they were going to bring three people and they only managed two so it took them all day to pack up and everything and of course we got charged for the extra hours. Which you know, I wasn't real trilled with. They seemed to good a job packing, they scraped the front door getting the refrigerator out but I guess that didn't bother me to much because we are selling that house. 

They were very nice and very careful with packing. We had a nick on the bed post but other then that everything else ended up being in really good condition. We were only moving a mile it wasn't like we were moving across town. They were very nice, friendly, explained everything. We brought in pizza in for supper and they liked that."

"It went very well. A prompt call back was made the same day we called it in. We were surprised to find someone willing to come out on Saturday morning. The technician called to ask a few questions concerning our situation so that he could prepared for a certain type of repair job, He was very polite and even assisted us with other questions and concerns. The repair job was very simple and required only tightening of screws in a couple of places however, he did check everything out before leaving."
