"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"This M&M team rocked. They were on time EVERYDAY! Had all the appropriate materials EVERYDAY. They were friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, but accurate. Cleanliness was a huge plus because I have dogs. I never found nails or left over materials. The cleanup was done daily. They even over came obstacles to create a beautiful cedar column on my front porch. I am extremely happy with M&M and their professional employees."

"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. I worked with Eric Foster and Brian Baker. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Out of the bids I obtained they were the only company that offered to come back out and review the bid to make sure I understood it and to answer any questions I had. Eric the project manager was on sight when the roof work started and again when it finished. Their crew was fast and clean. They may of not been the lowest bid I received but was extremely happy I choose them based on service and quality of work. Being in service industry myself, I always say you get what you pay for.
