"Very well. My garage door spring broke. The door would not open without a great deal of effort. I called Diamond and a technician was on-site within a few hours. I had a spring system with one on each side. It was the original spring system that was installed when the garage was built 15 years ago. The technician explained that this was an inferior system that was installed to save the garage builder a bit of money. The technician recommended a center spring system for the replacement. He did not have some of the necessary hardware in his truck so the repair had to wait until the next morning. He showed up earlier than planned the next day and put in a center spring system.
