"Phillip is professional and very knowledgeable on what specific waterproofing is required while not trying to pressure you into a more expensive project. He does a great job educating on how the water is coming into your crawlspace (or at least in my case it was a crawl space job), and he provides a set of solutions to help remedy the situation on a tier basis. Both he and the crew provide helpful videos pre-, during, and post-installation. Recently (as the project was completed months ago), my sump pump began making strange noises that you could feel through the floorboards, and I sent a message to Phillip that evening in an attempt to determine if this was a serious issue. He was quick to respond and informed me a crew would be out to take a look the house the next day (this was on a Saturday). At the end of the weekend I wrote him back to check on the prognosis, and I learned they had already replaced the pump as it was under warranty. "I had an outside faucet that started leaking. I was very tempted to try to fix it myself or even have one of my neighbors attempt it. After all, ;replacing washers should be easy! Right? However, since the faucet had probably been in place for 30 or more years and I have no working water shut off valve to the house, other than at the street, I was hesitant to let anyone but a professional try the repair. It did turn out only a professional could fix it. It was more than just a washer...the valve also needed replacing. The faucet was very old and that valve is no longer made, even the handle was brittle, frozen on the stem, and the shut off valve inside the house was frozen with age. I tried Angis. Literally within a few minutes I got a call from Kevin, owner of WKD. Shortly Kevin was at my house looking at the job. He gave me an estimate which was exactly what he charged - and the price was very reasonable for the work and time he spent here. He ended up having to cut out the old pipes in the basement, removed the old hose bib and installed a new hose bib with new pipes and fittings. I am pleased with the outcome. "It went well, they had a better solution to move the toilet and they found a leak in my pipes. Had a few hiccups. due to my plumbing, no fault of theirs, and they fixed or made it work. They showed up on time did a great job cleaning up. I would defiantly hire them again."

"It went very well. The 2 men (sorry I don't know their names) that replaced the pump were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They replaced the pump efficiently and explained everything clearly to my husband. They replaced the dirt and it didn't look like anything had been disturbed. On Monday two different men came to pump the septic tank. Again they were very professional and did a great job. They were also very knowledgeable. After they finished they cleaned up our drive-way and put everything back the way it was before. I would highly recommend their service. The pump out cost may have been a bit high, but my husband and I feel their work ethic was worth any extra cost."
