"I was quite disappointed with the cleaning we received; it was almost comically bad. The night prior, I straightened the whole house, removing clutter so they could focus on actual cleaning (cleared counters, emptied the dishwasher, etc.). I purchased the premium package which included sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing appliances, spot cleaning baseboards, loading dishwasher, bathrooms and changing bed linens. Two ladies showed up on time and were friendly enough, but that is where the pleasantries ended. They left about one or two hours after arriving and this is what I found: - corn flakes on the rug from my son’s breakfast, in clear view - a piece of carrot still stuck to the baseboard by the dinner table - dishes still piled in the sink - appliances un-wiped - ring around the tub, but a splash of something like pinesol still standing at the bottom - large areas of countertops unwiped - fitted sheet popping off the bed - floors un-mopped - expensive razer missing, presumed thrown away. This wasn’t a big upset, but really just a cherry on top of the rest) One or two of these on their own may not be a big deal, but all of it together was just ridiculous. I chose Two Maids after reading about the rating system, thinking what a great incentive for the workers to do well. It turns out there is no formal rating system in place. The manager just tells you to rate the work on Google. Rather than have any maids back, I decided to cut my losses and never use them again."
