"I couldn’t be happier with the patio and sidewalk that the Maven Group installed at my home. It has a stamped concrete finish. They were very professional and helpful in guiding me through the decisions with the project. The patio and sidewalk look great and they left things in great shape when they left - pressure washed and repaired any tracks from the equipment (seeded and strawed). As an added bonus- my point-of-contact initially as well as the crew performing the work were all very nice and helpful. For reference: I should say that they actually removed and replaced a patio and sidewalk that another company did an unbelievably poor job on (and on that note: I would NOT recommend Austin Stamp Crete, Color Scapes, Inc., or Grant Parker DBA as either). So having such a bad experience with the first installation by another company, I was overly cautious with this one and had LOTS of questions. Everyone at Maven was very patient with all my questions. "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
