"BEST IN THE AREA. Had 3-4 plumbing companies come out and Shane and his guys were the only ones able to tell me what was going on. They set a date, came out and fixed everything in just a few hours. He was a man of his word on the price even though there were a few extra things he had to add on the job. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.
