"I didn't have a great experience with HAL Co. They take FOREVER to return calls/emails. The day they were scheduled to come replace my fence they no-showed and I had to call the office around 4 pm to find out they weren't coming because a job was running late. The rescheduled installation was a day I was in the office. The crew said the outlet in my back yard wasn't working, so they left without calling me or ringing the doorbell to ask about it (the circuit just needed to be reset, which my partner at home could have done). I didn't find out until several hours later when the office called to tell me the crew had left. The fence finally got installed, and a few days later a neighbor found nails in two of his tires. The crew claimed they performed a metal sweep of the area, but now the neighbor is trying to get me to replace his tires. Finally, the gate latch got damaged somehow, possibly in a storm that happened a few days after the fence install, and HAL wanted $130 to replace the latch. I bought a latch kit off Amazon for $30 and did it myself."

I contacted Finn's late on a Saturday afternoon leaving a message with the answering service. Sean returned my call within hours that day. I explained the problem and he told me he could stop by early next week. On early Monday morning Sean was at the house assessing the situation. I wanted the pump, motor, and filters system to be working like new. We made a fair cost projection and he said it may be a couple of days. On Tuesday morning the next day Finn's had crews at the house with all the new equipment and performed the work within 2 hours. I now have a properly working system that is quiet.
