"I contacted Augustine roofing in order to get an estimate on a total roof replacement since my existing was 16 years old and not in very good shape. I had some leaking previously as well. Jon responded promptly and got me on their schedule within a couple of weeks. All materials were delivered on the day they promised. Jon also was able to find a better color match for the new shingles than the original. The crew showed up promptly on the installation day (delayed one day because of rain) and did the entire demolition and installation in one day. They covered the exterior around the house with tarps to catch any falling debris. The crew also did an excellent job in cleaning up around the house making sure not to leave any trash behind. I had the gutters and downspouts replaced the following Saturday by a different crew who made sure I was satisfied with the materials before they started the install. This they completed in approximately 3 hours. The job was very professional looking and again they did an excellent job with the cleanup. They even attached the vinyl extenders I had on the old downspouts. I would highly recommend Augustine roofing for anyone needing repairs or a complete roof replacement. The work they performed will prevent me from needing any roofing work for at least another 40 years."

"RIBA construction was recommended by one of my neighbors. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. In the end, the exterior of my home has been completely renovated and I now have a virtually maintenance-free exterior. I'm very happy with the appearance and functionality as well as the value of all services. "The staff at Peak Roofing Contractors made it very easy to work with them. They were friendly and very responsive to my questions or inquiries. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof at a reasonable price. The work went smoothly and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished. We were happy with the quality of the work--my wife said we now have the best-looking roof on the block. I would use Peak Roofing Contractors again for other major home improvement projects and I would not hesitate recommending them to others."

"i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

"My sister had JGL Roofing look over her home last year and was told that she didn't need a new roof, only a few patches. Therefore when our roof needed replacing, I knew I wanted to get an estimate from them due to their honesty! I obtained 4 estimates and decided to use JGL Roofing because Robert, (owner) was honest, very likeable, went the extra mile to explain and answer all my questions (in a simplistic way so I could understand), emailed me photos of my roof's trouble spots so I could show my husband, and in this day of Covid-19 came to my door holding a Clorox Wipe canister. When he handed me their brochure, he grasped it with a Clorox wipe. I really, really appreciated that! Robert's crew did a fantastic job! My husband is very picky and he gave them a thumbs up. Our roof looks amazing, the crew was respectful, hard working and when they were done, the deck/yard looked better than when they arrived, as they did a great clean up job. I also noticed they cleaned out our gutters before they packed up. Robert said they always do that for their customers. Robert was in touch with me throughout the job and quickly answered any questions I had. My neighbor commented how quiet the crew was as she expected to hear loud music and lots of yelling....there was none of that! "I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. "Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. "We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."
