"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

"We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date. "We started working with Jorden to re-slope some gutters to divert storm water. As our low slope shingle roof needed to be replaced, we asked him to provide a proposal to replace the existing roof with a modified bitumen roof system with an additional 3" rigid foam insulation. Kevin helped to provide me with the standard roof flashing and edge details for this type of residential roof system, which they were not familiar with. Kevin and Jorden discussed it with the roof installers and the product manufacturer, and provided whatever was needed, responding promptly throughout the process. They let us know when the material prices were expected to go up so that we could order the materials. During the time that I was not available, they worked with us to revise the schedule, which was much appreciated!
