"I can unequivocally recommend McCann Window and Exteriors for residential replacement windows. We hired McCann to install nearly 40 vinyl and wood windows in both 3BR apartments of our 2-flat. Kevin is knowledgeable and straightforward in the advice and recommendations he offers. For the initial quote, Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and time and was patient with us over a 2 to 3-week period as we tweaked job specifics, styles, and strategies for what was (for me as a new landlord/2-flat owner) a fairly large job. McCann’s crew took as much care in installing windows in the rental unit as they did for those installed in the owner’s unit, and this meant a lot. There was attention to detail inside and out, particularly with the sealing/caulking/seams (super important in the context of windows and durability). Kevin’s in-office presentation of options was especially informative, and it helped us understand and appreciate that he is indeed a small business owner (which we were even happier to patronize for this reason).
