"This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. He took great pride in his work and was not satisfied until it was completely repaired. In summary, he is extremely professional, a skilled expert, punctual, and tidy. "Great experience with Eno Plumbing. They responded right away, although it was 6 am. Came shortly afterwards. Offered me several options to deal with my broken water heater. Went out of the way to accommodate my every wish. Installed it fast, clean and very professional. Took care of another problem I had with my circulation pump. Picked up used items and cleaned after themselves. Very friendly and positive e guys. Recommend to everyone."

"Arrive my place fairly on time on the date of appointment.
take a look at under the work area, the parts that I provided and quote me a fair price.
The job broken down to two part. First the disconnect and remove the existing faucet. Install the faucet I provided. This part she quote me a very fair price.
Second part of the job, install the reverse osmosis water filter system, she explained that its not the unit she use to and it would take her sometime to get it done right. This part of the job would be 120/hr. She estimated somewhere about 2hrs to complete.
FYI there are hundreds of water filter system out there, and I got a 5 stage RO system, It is a bit complicated system but not bad. I am happy that she is willing to try and I think her estimate of time is right on the spot. (unlike the previous plumbing service I try to use and the guy just BS and ran out the door)
I agree and she proceed to work.
First part of the job done in about an hour or so. She did encounter some issue due to some buildup and rust with the old faucet. however she done it beautifully.
She also took out the instant hot water unit and the soap dispenser that my wife dying to get rid of and cap the extra hole on the sink with a cover.
Second part of the job is tricky and not an easy task. took us a few min to figure out how and where, and the dispensing faucet isn't exactly a perfect fit with the existing hole on the sink.  But we figure it out and adapt, The system works and no leaks.
I am happy with her service and my wife will be happy with the newly installed equipment.
I will recommend her to anyone and will reuse her service for any plumbing needs.

"Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS."

"So I had a VERY old Janitrol gas boiler which was actually working fine up until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a little bit of water intermittently. Then the last week the leaking was sow yet much more constant. The leaking was coming from under the cement platform it sat on, so wasn t 100 percent sure it was the boiler. Until the recently installed (by another company) automatic water feeder started feeding about every 3 hours. Went on HomeAdvisor, On Time Piping and Heating was one of the first companies to pop up. Received a call from Matty almost immediately. This was a Saturday night, and he stopped by my house the next morning, determined that it was indeed a leaking boiler that needed to be replaced. Matty and his crew came out on Tuesday morning, arrived at 7am, and by approx 10am had a new working Williamson boiler. About 3 hours later their electrician came out and did the finishing touches. Their electrician noticed an issue with the previously installed automatic water feeder, and Matty had two of his team members come out two days later to put in a new electronic automatic water feeder which is much more compatible with the new boiler. Now everything is working great and much more efficiently. Matty and his crew are like family. Work great together, busting each other s chops in a friendly manner while quickly and effectively completing the job at hand. Very customer friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and they do not talk down to you. I recommend them to anybody who wants top notch, quick, and effective work done on their home heating system. "Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."
