As with any project, there were some surprises along the way with material selection or scheduling problems with sub-contractors, but Daniel was proactive and responsive. We worked together to find solutions that met our budget and materials preferences and the costs were clear from day one. For each progress billing we knew and agreed with all work being billed. We offer bathroom remodels, which ranges from full remodels to tub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, safe showers, and more. We are local families serving local families. "These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."
