"They did a great job considering it is a 20 year old air condition. He created a part to fit in. He was nice. We were satisfied with the plumbing work. They worked with the line to the manhole. They changed the part. The new part was longer so it had to be shortened but nobody came out to do the job. They were not enthusiastic to come and do it. Other than that the employees have been very nice and pleasant. They are polite and respectful."

He took it a part and lube all the parts really well and it worked just like new, saving me a lot of money because it was a high dollar facet. "We started receiving bids for work in July of 2012. We received three bids however Complete, LLC was the only company that would provide an estimated cost for the quality and amount of work that we wanted to get done. We worked with Austin Chamberlain throughout the scooping of the entire project and the final pricing. They started in our basement and re-finished several areas that were damaged due to water. This project took about 6 weeks and was done by one carpenter. Painting was subcontracted. Beginning in Feb of 2013 we started the two upstairs floors. Again, there was one Complete LLC carpenter that managed the project with multiple subcontracts completing tasks throughtout. This project took approximatly 10 weeks and we were out of the house for approximately 3 of those while they finished the enamel painting and the hardwoods. <br /> While all major home remodels offer their challenges, all in all this has been a great project. We are extremely satisfied by the quality of work and by Austin's responsiveness. Most of the major work was subcontracted and having a different set of strangers in your home (with and without us there) for 10 weeks is somewhat disconcerting, however the subcontrators were always highly professional and did an excellent job (while working around us, our small kids, two dogs, etc.). Additionally, Austin was always just a phone call aways and was regularly at the house. When we encountered problems he was able to solve them to our satisfaction. For pricing, they probably were a little on the high side but the quality fo the finish and Austin's person touch made it worth it. When finished we paid approximately 10% above quote for change-orders and overspends. <br /> We would definitely recommend Austin and Complete LLC to our family, neighbors, and friends. <br />"
