The entire process was streamlined and painless -- from setting up an estimate, to drawing up the invoice, and starting the project. I want to shine a spotlight on Ron and Erik, the two gentlemen who came to my home and worked tirelessly everyday from morning to evening. Both men were very professional and were willing to answer any question I had along the way without fuss. And the part that I enjoyed the most from my experience is that the project was on cruise control for me on my end. Matt was different from most contractors I’ve worked with in that he: (1) showed up when he said he’d show up; (2) called when he said he’d call; and (3) thoroughly cleaned-up any debris resulting from his work. Another BIG plus is that Matt is not “creepy.” So all of you fellow widows out there, if you need work done inside your home, this guy is safe. For those more interested in the practical side, the work was done timely (drywall takes several visits) and within their estimated budget range. They’re not the least expensive contractors out there, but then again, they’re nowhere near the most expensive ones either. Price went up when we realized I needed to pour new concrete - which, for many reasons ended up being a bonus but it did drive up the price considerably. "Two men arrived on the date promised. Actually, they were able to work this job in earlier than they first estimated, and they called first to make sure this was convenient for me. They were professional, polite, and pleasant to deal with. They assessed the situation accurately. I had earlier sent them photographs by email of the work that needed to be done.
