"The plumber, Brian, relit the pilot and while he was waiting for the tank to warm up and shut off he did a minor drop repair on my kitchen faucet. The repair went well but the tank is over 15 years old and has shown signs of coming to the end of its life. After talking it over I decided to go with a new tank. The estimate was a bit higher than he originally thought it would be but on suggestion from his boss he installed the new tank the same day and also replaced the PVC piping with copper tubing, hence the extra cost. I now have a shut off for both the water and the gas as well as a handy way to flush sediment out of the system regularly to extend the age of the new tank. I was very pleased with Brian's attitude and demeanor. He never pressured me for the new tank but gave me information and let me make the decision. I would definitely go with this company again."

We decided to use Temperature Control because, compared to a couple competitors, they offered the best price, the best warranty, and included a case of filters with the installation. When Sal and Marco arrived for the installation, they were very friendly and professional, and got right to work. Being curious about plumbing and having very little experience, I was watching the installation. When Sal noticed, he explained the methodology and reasoning for each step of the process. The only ever-so-slight ding I have is that I wanted the system installed about a foot further to the right of where they put it."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! "On 24 Mar 2023, I had another Plumbing Company come to my house to try to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Over 3 hours later, 2 different sizes of snacks, and failed attempts at putting cameras down the pipe, they said I had a collapsed pipe and they would have to reroute through the bathroom. They would be back on 1 Apr to assess the plan, but possibly up to $10K. Last night I am walking through the neighborhood, and see Aarow Plumbing at a home, and start talking with the plumbers. They were so willing to offer advice, suggestions, and offered to take a look. I called this morning, they came out within a couple of hours, and my clog was fixed within 5 minutes - honestly!! They saved me thousands of dollars, hours I would spend missing work, and ripping up my floors/cement slabs. AJ, Robert, and every single person I talked to at Aarow Plumbing were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. AJ gave me tips on maintaining my pipes, and what to do if I have another clog like that one. They are the only plumbing company I will use."
