"Staff was courteous and prompt for a one time service. The treatment was only partially successful. One hornet nest was inactive after one day. The second nest is still active four days after treatment. I will probably not use a pest service in the future. It is not economical for me."

"Brian (The Bug Guy) responded the same day as my phone request to have a bumble bee nest killed. The nest was under my house, and Brian quickly used his experience to remove the threat. After the initial treatment, Brian advised that the bees that were not in the nest when he treated it may return later, and if bees returned, to call him. He came back the next day for no charge and treated the remaining bees. AMAZING SERVICE!!! This is the type of service that all professionals should provide. Five out of five for sure!"

"Paul is reassuringly genuine and knowledgeable! We talked at length about mouse issues. I was convinced of his expertise and sincerity and that he means to bring a quality service to you at a reasonable value WITHOUT a CONTRACT like so many of the big pest control companies push. Because I have 2 indoor/outdoor cats, I'm trying a "humane pest control" provider recommended by my veterinarian first.
