When told of these, the quality manager came out ? he papered over some issues, said he would get back to me on others (and didn?t), and told me the area with ripped metal where water was getting in was ?fine? (that night, we had even more water coming in). Our package also included a ?50 point inspection? afterwards to ensure everything was installed properly. Not only did this not happen, but when the Quality Manager came out in response to my complaints he admitted multiple things were missed on initial installation. These were only caught by me having to go up"
