"I called Epic irrigation solutions and Mindy answered my call. I explained what I was looking for and she was super helpful! She answered all my questions and was so very friendly yet professional. She set up my appointment and the rest is just history as they say. Derek and his assistant arrived the next morning on time, looked at my sprinkler system and got to work! He checked to make sure that all our sprinkler heads were working , did some fine tuning and had the job completed in no time! He suggested that they moved one of the heads for better coverage. I said I would think about that. They left, I thought, and I called Mindy almost immediately . She rerouted then and they were back within half an hour. Job completed! Sprinkler system is awesome! He has a customer for life! Highly recommend them!"

"Billy, the technician, arrived 30 minutes early which surprised my wife.  He offered to start the outside work until I got home.  She wanted to be outside of the home while he might be spraying inside.
He installed the Sentricon devices around the house and did not complain even though the weather was bright sun and mid 90s.  After that he laid down the pest control spray around the entire foundation and even plugged some old foundation drill holes from previous termite treatment.  After a break Billy spot treated the areas in the home where we had noticed some bug activity.  He was a polite, friendly tech, answered all our questions and I look forward to seeing him again.
The charges for Termite Protection and Pest Control are very reasonable upfront but they make their money on a monthly charge for scheduled revisits so the annual cost is closer to $500 instead of the opening $250.  Still not bad and very competitive but be advised.  Bug Out also offers a substantial Military discount if you sign up for recurring monthly payments on the continued service.
The following day we set up on-line access to our account and through that system asked a question about any issues with the proximity of the Sentricon devices to some blooming blueberry plants we have.  We got a call back later the same day reporting the Sentricon devices do not leach into the soil and the blueberries would be good to eat.  Good customer service there!
Overall we were happy with our choice with Bug Out.

"They are good but they are not exceptional and they don't stand out. A couple of occasions the guys are trimming the bushes and then cutting the sprinkler heads off and sometimes you look at the yard and it looks like ripples on the water, it's not even smooth and flat. In the past I've had problems with the fact that the guys have left the whole section. You can tell that he went to the left and the right but he didn't go down the center."
