"Sent out request to several companies for kitchen granite countertop estimates based on measurements I provided.  Pedro Medina, owner, responded in less than 24 hours. Within a couple of days from the initial response was able to schedule an on-site meeting to discuss project and get final measurements/cost.  Pedro arrived promptly and we immediately felt at ease with him, his knowledge and scope of what we wanted to have done.  Talked through how long the project would take and next steps.  The following Saturday met Pedro at his showroom to review edges, etc. and visited a couple of granite suppliers provided by Pedro to pick our granite slabs.   The following week Curt came to our home to prepare the template.  Great guy to work with . . .gave us much confidence knowing the same person making the template was the same individual cutting and making the countertops.  He was very knowledgeable and understood what we wanted.  Less than a week from then the installers came to finish the project.  In removing the old countertops great care had to be taken as our wallpaper was a discontinued pattern and could not be replaced or repaired.  Not one scratch or ding to the wallpaper!  We have a large kitchen so the project took about 12 hours but Gianni, the installer, was excellent and very professional.  He did a great job!  Curt even dropped by during installation to check on how things were progressing.  Upon completion of the project they left our place clean and neat.  Very, very happy with the outcome.  From first meeting to completion was 3 weeks.  Would definitely use 4 Seasons again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends we know that are planning to update their kitchens and/or bathrooms.  Pedro and all involved were wonderful to work with . . .we couldn't be happier!

"The process was smooth and easy! I love the and quot;transformationand quot; of my kitchen! All who represented the company from the design consultant to the installers were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. We called to book and free estimate and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant. The designer was on time for the appointment and did a thorough explanation and presentation of the company and products. She used a iPad so that we could see all kinds of different pictures of colors and options. The meeting was actually fun! We picked out all our choices and for all that we were getting the price was extremely fair. We had done research prior to the appointment and determined that this was company and product we wanted. The installer came out a couple weeks or so later and did the template, explaining what to expect on installation day! That was very helpful. Finally, the installation was a cinch. The install team arrived on time and everything went easy and when they were finished - WOW what a difference! We used the plumbing company they recommend, Rock Solid Plumbing, and he was great! "We could not have been more pleased with the work that Mike, Sonny, and their team did for us. Initially, we just wanted to replace an old bathtub with a modern shower; but when we saw the quality of work that Mike did and the great suggestions they made to have our old bathroom transformed into a work of beauty, we asked them to remodel the kitchen as well. Finally, we asked if they could repair the cracked sidewalk in front of our home. Mike listened to us, made very helpful suggestions, referred us to those vendors who could supply us with exactly the type of tile, granite, lighting, and faucets that we wanted, and performed the work to exacting and high quality standards. Every man on his team was very professional and courteous. Whenever possible, they worked around our schedule; but there were times when neither my wife or I could be home while they worked. We found them to be completely trustworthy--much of the work was completed in our absence yet to our total satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable. Mike even made suggestions to help us lower the cost without sacrificing quality. The bathroom is gorgeous with a brand-new shower, beautifully tiled, and high-quality barn-door style sliding glass doors. The new granite kitchen counter fits to perfection with new, deeper, stainless steel sinks and faucets--so much so that neither of us mind doing the dishes anymore. That old florescent lighting in the kitchen that flickered and didn't work half the time was installed in a new ceiling with an array of beautiful can-lights that literally brightens our days."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"
