"Outstanding service. I called Tinco late this morning to set up an appointment and they were able to come on the same day. Took the time to show us all of the features of our irrigation system (we've only been in the house a year and did not have an owners manual) and patiently answered our questions. They checked each zone and took us around and showed us how to adjust the sprinkler heads and what brands/sizes to buy if we ever needed to replace them. Made adjustments on the spot and showed us how to make our own repairs. They also fixed some broken heads and capped off unnecessary sprinklers to keep the greatest power on the areas that we'd just landscaped. Joe also took the time to identify some of my bushes and gave me advice on when and how to trim them back. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and focus on customer service/educating us about our yard.
