After our annual cleaning, Austin suggested a re-coating of our flue and a rebuild of our firebox, all with the goal of safety and efficiency in mind. Over the course of a few days, the work was done perfectly and is a sight to behold. Chris and Austin are true craftsmen and perfectionists, which is quite refreshing these days. "Appointment scheduled for 8:30am. Running a little late because of traffic. Called me at 8:20 to advise of delay. At that point, I knew I was dealing with professionals. Explained what he was planning on doing and how as well as the time frame within which this would happen. And he was spot on. They cleaned every single air vent (and there are quite a few), removed the face plates to clean each one. Placed huge vacuum type cleaner to my dryer duct to suck out years of debris. Also, checked the functionality of duct and went on the roof to inspect. Cleaned the chimney flue, inspected the masonry inside and inspected the mechanism on top of the flue to make sure it was still safe. Made appropriate recommendations for additional work to consider in the future. They were there for 6 hours and cleaned up and vacuumed the entire house for any soot just before leaving. I was impressed to say the least. They were very personable, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I have every intention to use this company in the future. An absolute pleasure to work with!!! He even brought over samples for me to view and actually helped me pick out the type of color variations I was looking for by comparing it to other roofs in the neighborhood to get the just the right colors that I was looking for in a roof. He worked diligently to schedule per my request and was very considerate of the neighbors about noise and work hours. In spite of the excessive heat, workers came and worked early and always cleaned up the work area and made sure gates were secure when they left. All of the edges were sealed and even he even brought some rolled roofing to make sure the roof was sealed near a flat spot where two peaks meet. Getting a new roof is something I have only done once before, and because of the expense, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Besides, he was recommended by a fellow contractor. It was a blessing to have him work on my home. Also, Elizabeth Moreno answered all of my emails quickly and provided me with any paperwork I needed, even with my hectic schedule. I am a very happy customer!"
