"I typically don't write many reviews and I originally was thinking of doing this project myself. As I researched and listened to more customer feedback I decided this was a much bigger project than originally anticipated. I wanted to make sure this was the only time a coating needed to be applied and there is no flaking or peeling of the epoxy. "They did a great job! I am very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, answered my questions as I needed and took care to insure the roof and balconies were done right. They did the power wash on the 1st day and applied the first coat of reseal and then came back on the 2nd day and did another coat to the roof and balconies. I did climb up to take a look at the roof and it looked good. Before they left they made sure all my questions were answered and to let me know that if I had any further questions to just give them a call."

"It was good. Everything seemed to be fine. The deal was for 1200 sq ft and our house is twice that size. It was fine. It was exactly what we wanted. I haven't been up there so I can't say on the quality. They were pretty responsive. They got it done quickly. They did one coat on one day and then a second coat the following day. We asked for the additional coat so we paid for that."

"They completed the job in 1 day and left the place perfectly clean.  I was very pleased with the speed of the job and the quality that came with it.  There was a small issue with some primer showing through in the bath where we had a dark color used, but he had his lead painter come back the next day and re-coat (overall, 2 days).  Both areas blend into the rest of the house's texture seamlessly.  I have had many compliments on those areas.  Great JOB!!  I will definitely hire again when I do the next two areas!

"Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"
