"I had an intitial training session with Renee Gonzales. I was impressed with he pinch collar approach. Off Leash K-9 typically uses an e collar but the pinch collar was very effective. Based on how well the first session went, I purchased a package and have continued to train with Renee. My dog is now walking without pulling. She's doing much better and Renee has provided tool to help manage the situation when my dog comes across another dog. You can see how calm she (black) is in a picture when another dog was introduced."

I needed to completely tear down and install new wooden facia that goes around the outside of the home. The entire process was streamlined and painless -- from setting up an estimate, to drawing up the invoice, and starting the project. I want to shine a spotlight on Ron and Erik, the two gentlemen who came to my home and worked tirelessly everyday from morning to evening. Both men were very professional and were willing to answer any question I had along the way without fuss. And the part that I enjoyed the most from my experience is that the project was on cruise control for me on my end. Ron and Erik would show up in the morning and go right to work, while I only periodically would step outside to check on things. Otherwise, they were on autopilot and I could go about my business. "Hector came out same day I first called him, to give me an estimate.  He is a very nice man. Once I confirmed I wanted them to do the job, they came out again to take some exact measurements.  The next time they came, they installed almost all of the enclosure except for the section above the upper wood beam.  I asked about that section, as Hector had told me it would be a total enclosure and I also asked about the replacement of the bedrooms wrought iron window openers.  Hector said they had been unable to buy the sections that go above the wood beam, as they usually buy those, but they no longer sold them.  He said he would make the sections out of wood and install them.  He also said they would replace the bedroom wrought iron window openers when they returned because they did not have the rods they needed with them at the time.  <br /> When they returned, they installed the sections above the wood beam and I noticed they had made them out of the perforated metal screen instead of wood, so they matched the rest of the work.  That was vey nice.  They also replaced the bedroom wrought iron window openers.  They also painted the white caulking to match the wrought iron and that was very nice. <br /> The job is now complete and it came out very nice, we are very happy with it.  <br /> We would use them again, if we ever need more wrought iron. <br />"
