After a severe wind burst rearranged about 20% of tiles on the rear roof of my house, a day before a heavy rain was forecast, Southwest had a team over to cover the exposed roofing to prevent water damage. By the end of the first day a comprehensive contract was prepared and signed. In less than a week after the initial wind damage the entire new roof was installed and looking good! Each of the four work days started right on time with a fully staffed work crew of eight (8) including supervision. Each day's work was docummented with summaries recorded on the pictures. These summary reports are made possible by an audio visual app called 'GroupMe' with a copy provided to the customer. Each day ends with a complete site clean up. In-process inspections occur each day with the final quality check performed by Ramon Ayers, President of Southwest roofing & Design."

When the house was built in 2001, the builders saved by spacing the tiles too far apart. The roof was replaced to code and over 150 additional tiles needed to be added. Time was taken to match the new tiles to the current usable tiles. Very happy with the results. This was a roof repair/replacement. The house is in Tucson but I currently live in Georgia. Communication was very good between the company, my renters and myself. This is my forever home for when I can come back to Tucson and I am grateful that this roof should last for years to come."

"Bit of trouble with scheduling, but it is the monsoon season, so it was understandable. Over all everyone very responsive and polite at the company. Wish they had cleaned up my backyard better. There was a lot of debris left behind, but the front was cleaned up well. Seems to be holding up after a couple big storms hit just after roof was finished."
