"Mr. Graf came to the house to install a new sump pump. He ended up not only installing the pump but replacing the inside pipes and then having to dig outside in mud to get rid of the tree roots and replace the outside drain. The job went from just installing a pump to digging out pre-existing drain pipes which no longer functioned correctly. He would not leave until it was perfect. Also the cost was extremely reasonable for all the unexpected work he had to do. He also came on short notice in order to make the repairs before a storm came. There was no "extra" charge for this emergency repair. Mr. Graf is a professional with a strong work ethic and takes tremendous pride in his work. He is also punctual and pleasant to deal with."

"<p>All the work done  went very well. Even though Ray is very busy we discussed the repairs in great detail and I agreed to wait until he was available. He did not disappoint. The crew took off the house stucco, disposed of it with their truck, installed sheathing, siding, and soffits. They also installed custom made gutters to finish the work. The job was done on schedule on budget and even though there were several obstacles and difficulties that came up-we worked out quick!......and got the job done. Ray used several workmen who were well mannered, respectful of all, and hard working. Every day the crew would sweep and clean and you would never know serious construction was going on.
