"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. We were so impressed with Max's attention to detail and his quality of work. The other crew members, Hilario and Richard's (the tile expert) work were exceptional and again, their attention to detail were amazing. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. From start to finish, it was a very good experience. We had a few minor blips here and there,but Vidas or Max took care of them quickly and efficiently. "All the people at Elevate Design and Build were amazing and a pleasure to work with. We doubled the size of our house including tripling the size of the kitchen, knocking out walls to create an open floor plan and added a three car garage with home office over the garage. They even recommended modifications to our original blueprints which were excellent. All their workers friendly and did a first class job. Went totally above and beyond our expectations. One year later we have not had one single problem with any of the work. Total integrity. If any issue came up, the company absorbed the cost - not the customer.
