In addition to the concrete work, stone walkways were placed and a drip irrigation system was installed and integrated."

We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. Even before getting the keys, the project manager Paul accepted to meet with us to get a sense of the types of designs we wanted and also get a ballpark price of the remodel. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Paul, he mentioned that he will help with the permitting and inspections and help choose all the finishes like tiles and counters ..etc. The price was great, the work was awesome, the crew showed up every day and did an excellent job. Lucio, the forman was asking us how we would like things, like height of shower head, the layout of the tiles and that actually made me very happy. Customer service was amazing, they picked all the materials we purchased online and all the inspections were passed. We had to move to relocate during the remodel and they used zoom to update us about the progress. We are enjoying our kitchen and two bathrooms. We recommended Refresh and Build to our parents and friends and they're very happy too."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up.  They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive.

I find TerraVenti easy to work with.  The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work.
