Our company is a modest size with four part-time employees whose utilization varies with the scope of the work. We use six sub-contractors as required in the area of HVAC, Truss framing, Roofing, Concrete-finishing, Plumbing and Electrical, although we do a considerable amount of plumbing and electrical in-house. Our billing is done on a progressive basis, with payments according to percentage completion, with $ 1,000 due at contract signing. Cash or check only with no financing or credit cards.
