"Steve was a huge asset to our home renovation. We purchased a 30 year old home that was in need of some updates and refreshes. Steve showed up on the day we closed to get us a quote, and go over each item in detail. He came up with a line by line price for each repair we discussed as well as an overall total. We knew we'd need about 3 weeks worth of work, so as you can imagine, once we got into things, we needed to add this, remove that, and fix this other piece. Steve was incredibly flexible with our changes and was able to work around and with the other crews that were doing painting/tiling/etc. He stuck to his timeline, his price, and his word that he was always on time, and he would leave our home as clean as he found it. I've made sure to keep his number in my phone because I'm sure we'll have other things pop up, and I won't hesitate to call Steve for the job. In the end, Steve had cased in a pass through shelving unit and turned it into a wall, he made a false wall above our mantle so that we could have power and cable above our fireplace, he delivered and replaced all our toilets, he repaired a toilet flange that was too high, he removed our built in communication system and patched the drywall, removed an old built-in 'breadbox' attached to our cabinets, installed a new countertop on our wet bar, and the list goes on and on. All the work he did was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"

"I contacted Jason several months ago to come give me an estimate on landscaping my front yard.  I found out once he arrived that he was also able to fix the soil grade behind my house and to repair a piece of stone that was pulling away from the side of my house.  (A really big plus since I was able to complete several projects with one person). We had a couple of meetings over the course of a month or so.  During the first meeting we discussed the possibilities for my landscaping.  I sent him an email after that with the plants I preferred in my landscape desgin.  During our second meeting we visually laid out the landscape and using his suggestions and experience with my plant preference we picked out plants that complement the house and are easy to care for. Once we finalized everything he was able to complete by project in about 1 and 1/2 days.
My project was smaller in scale for him, so he asked me if I could wait until he had some bigger projects as well because he prefers to buy the materials (plants, etc...) all at once, rather than here and there.  I agreed - and although it did take longer to start my project than I had hoped, it was definitely worth the wait.  Jason works on every project himself, which is a big plus once he gets to you, but it may mean you have to wait if you have a smaller project.  Again, if I had it to do all over again I would do it the same.  Everything was done to a T - including proper drainage and mulching. Jason was also very generous with tips for my yard that I could do myself to improve the look of things.  He did not nickel and dime me for his advice and stuck to the budget we agreed on.  Our yard really looks beautful and we are looking forward to spring.  We were also pleased with the soil grading and stone repair he did.  They both look very nice and were done at a reasonable price.

"Replaced rotted wood on outside of house (facia boards, window trim, etc) and paint. I feel like I have a new house. Workers were pleasant to be around."

"The work was great. He knows what he was doing. It was fabulous. He was professional and the work was done in adequate time. I enjoy the work. It was a reasonable price. I would absolutely use the service again. He paid attention to detail, the time didn't take long, and they clean up behind themselves."

"Jared and his crew were amazing! I would definitely hire him again. I was very impressed that they were able to detach these massive stairs, transport them, and install them at my house."

"Mr. Parker was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and did the job immediately. He replaced 3 shingles that I provided. He was very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with his work."

"We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship that Mark and his subcontractors provided.  We had a number of customizations in our plan that made the project more challenging.  Mark was very willing to accommodate those.   He regularly kept us up to date on the progress of the construction and completed all of the work at the price we agreed to before beginning the project.  We would definitely have Mark handle any construction projects for us in the future and highly recommend him.

We have owned two homes that Mark has built.  The men he employs are clean, polite, clean up their work area, and do not leave any mess when they leave.  They arrive on time and I feel comfortable to have them in my home.  As Mark was our neighbor at one time, too, he is an honest & caring great guy who was a pleasure to live next door to.  He will want you to be as pleased with his work as he wants himself to be & the job will show that.  The final product of our home turned out so beautiful!"

"Andrew communicated well, showed up and got the job done!"

"Nashville Roofing Company was amazing. My partner and I were going to install the roof on our 1,200 sq ft house, so we purchased the shingles and started the job. But then after spending an entire day and making slow progress -- and big rains predicted before the end of the week -- we knew we were going to have to find someone to finish the job for us. We called Nashville Roofing Company and someone came out the next day to look at the project. We texted back and forth regarding schedule and price and then the crew showed up the next morning. They were done with the shingles and ridge vent by noon! And flashed the chimney after lunch. I was so surprised. Not only were they fast, but they were also very careful to do the job the way we requested. We asked them to use shorter nails in one area so the nails wouldn't penetrate through the eaves -- and they did! And they were so careful about cleaning up everything before they left -- nails, scraps, trash, everything. The crew was so polite and courteous; one of the guys asked permission before he used our wheelbarrow to load up scraps they had collected in a tarp. I would recommend Nashville Roofing Company without any reservations!
