"Very punctual and professional. Did exactly as they said and the floors turned out terrific!"

"Fully satisfied with the services provided. Mike educated my on my floor, what cause the issues to my floors, and how to prevent in the future. He even pointed out multiple things that weren't coming clean while doing the job that I would have never have picked up on. Most people would have taken the money and gone, I would've never noticed. He came back and worked on his hands and knees getting every detail clean. Floors look great and I have good cleaning products to take of my floor going forward. You're not going to find anyone that will take care of you place like Nashville Hardwood Floor Care."

"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

"It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project."

"Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.
Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up
the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again

"Jeff May and his crew did a great job refinishing and repairing the damage to our hardwood floors caused by the first company we hired. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to so the floors could be properly refinished. Our floors now have a beautiful color and finish. . It was a pleasure to work with Jeff. His crew, Bobby and Dallas were very polite and we are pleased with their work but a minor quibble is that they always arrived late mornings. They worked constantly once they arrived. We highly recommend and wish we had initially called Jeff May Hardwoods."

"The team was courteous and respectful of my property. The cost for replacement was reasonable and the deck was replaced in one day. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Moore than Wood for any of your projects."

"Clifford and Edgar arrived on time and did a good job replacing my bathroom subfloor."

"Great service. Hired them to floor downstairs of my house and bathroom. The floor came out perfect and so did my walls that he painted. Very good work was done by him. He will be doing all of my work that I need done in the future. Very good work."

"Theses Gentlemen were great. Showed up on time , cleaned up after themsleves and were very respectful. The floors turned out better than we anticipated . I have and will recommend Elite flooring to everyone."
