"He did not pay the sub-contractors, which meant we had to because we had a construction loan which he knew going into our project. He had no working capital for building materials and we provided monies with the understanding he would provide receipts/invoicing for accounting. It is been months and many requests and he has yet to do so. He ignores communication and according to the sub-contractors he ignored their calls/texts too. Beware! We did not get far enough with him for him to actually install anything. He only demo had and did some framing, except the not-to-code dryer venting. His subs did some plumbing and electrical. We took over the project ourselves to finish."
