"Fernando and his son installed a French drain in two days. Their price was very good. They were professional and efficient. They put the lawn back in place, removed the excess dirt and left everything clean as a whistle. My standing water problem in the yard is solved. I rehired them in a heartbeat."

"A crew of 4 plus a supervisor arrived as scheduled 4 - 7 hour days to do a major multi step water proofing to a finished basement. Inside & Outside the entire foundation. All work done by hand on both inside & outside trenches. Sealed all wall cracks on inside. Added submersible pressure relief system , added EZBreathe ventilation system. Underground sump pump with a back up sump pumps installed. All systems maintained free by Everdry. Within a few days of installation the air was cleaner. The mold & mildew was no longer an issue. There was several systems for my needs. Their representative helped me select the one that fit my situation and cost. Very knowledgeable in their presentation as well as the installation crew. On time each day and their crew supervisor kept me informed of what each process was. They replaced all the landscape that was removed when digging the trenches around the house. It was money well spent that will be covered by their company as long as I live here. "

Whether you need a driveway or sidewalk poured or repaired, or you want a beautiful custom patio, Lasting Impressions Decorative Concrete will deliver. We have been providing central Indiana with custom concrete patios, pool decks, and even fire pits for over five years and we are ready to serve many more. "I do not recommend working with Lasting Impressions. Short version: They won’t get the color you want right and will remain unapologetic about their mistakes. We sent them an image from their website, saying that they were the colors we want. The main color in the photo was a dark beige. Our finished patio is orange with dirty brown blotches. I really did NOT want an orange patio. Long version: After we sent the image for the concrete colors, their representative replied that we needed to pick four colors: the main color, random color, release color, and border color. He said that the main color would be what the patio would look like and that the random and release colors would be accents. We chose a beige color (Arizona Buff) for the main color, as it seemed to match our picture best, and Georgia Clay and Terra Cotta for the random and release colors. Fast forward to when the work actually began. Early on, it seemed to me that the color of the main portion of the patio was too red – that the random and release colors had just been mixed entirely with the main Arizona Buff, so the end result was a red-orange patio instead of beige. I called our Lasting Impressions representative, and he said that the color would be fine and that we were just looking at it too soon. He said to wait until it had dried to reevaluate. After it had dried, I called him again and said it still looked more red-orange than beige. He said that it would be fine, as I hadn’t seen what it would look like after they pressure washed off some of the release colors to bring out the main color. He himself had not seen the patio at this point. After the pressure washing, the patio still looked red-orange. My husband and I called our representative again, who told us that we needed to see what it looked like wet (as that would be the look when it was sealed). We wetted down a portion of the patio, and the color did not look any better. Then my husband asked that our representative come out and see for himself. When he came out and saw the patio, he started replying with, “Well, those are the colors in our contract.” This was the same person who had told us we couldn’t just tell him one color (the Arizona Buff) but had to choose both a random and release color – but not to worry because the end result would look like our main color choice. I asked how he could fix the color. He said he could use an acid stain to lighten it, indicating a beige-yellow on our house stones as the color he could match. When he went to his truck to look up something, the worker he was with admitted that there was “too much red” in the patio color. Next, we were given a color swatch of acid stains. None of the colors on it were as light as the beige-yellow he had said he could lighten the patio to, but Barley was the lightest, so we told him to go with that (or lighter, if possible). The stain did not, however, lighten the patio to the color on the sheet. It made the patio a lighter orange, but still quite orange. Our representative said that it’s because we tried to go to a lighter color, and that would not work. (I’m not sure why he’d promised that he could match the stone on our house if he knew that earlier.) He told us he could go darker. He also said that he “needed to be done with this project.” We really didn’t like the orange, so we chose one of the dark colors on the sheet, Coal. I wasn’t happy with the idea of a dark patio, as we had chosen the beige to begin with with the idea that it would be not quite as hot for little feet to walk on, but we just wanted the patio to look decent at this point (as the orange looked just bad). However, the Coal application did not give us a nice, dark color stone look. Instead, it wasn’t evenly applied and looked kind of blotchy. Our patio now looked orange with dirty or moldy spots (where the brown was). When we pointed this out to our representative, he said, “I told you the orange would show through a bit. I can’t get the patio to the color on the sheet.” He had mentioned that there would be a hint of orange, but he had NOT said the acid stain would not get to the color on the handout. Why give us a sheet of colors if those colors aren’t what the end result is going to be? By this point, we were just done. They tried to get up some of the dirty/moldy look, but that was unsuccessful and just made the color inconsistency worse. We said what our representative had now said to us four or five times, that we wanted to be finished. So they sealed it off. Even THAT was done inconsistently. Portions of the patio look like they weren't sealed at all. Save yourself the headache and go with a more professional company, one that can actually get color right. I’m now investing in patio rugs."

No job is too small for Mason's Northside Concrete of Westfield, IN. We make quality driveways, patios, sidewalks, and steps. We also clean and seal concrete. Rely on our three generations’ work of experience for your masonry needs.

"Mason’s demolished and replaced ou 1200 sq ft driveway in August 2023 at a cost of $11,000. In January 2024 we noticed pitting after two small snowfalls. We had not used any salt on our driveway. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
