"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"My clothes dryer was not drying my clothes and a friend recommended Charlie form "All about Dryer Vents" to clean out the duct work. I called them and Charlie stated he would be at my residence at 9:00 A.M. He arrived at 8:59 and cleaned out the dryer vent that went through the attic and out the roof. He use the right equipment to properly clean and unclog the vents. The duct work was loose in the attic and he repaired it. The vacuum cleaner he used was almost full from lint, etc. No dust or lint was left behind from his work due to the proper equipment and filters he used. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. My clothes dryer now drys clothes in less than half the time. The charge was very reasonable as compared to others and well worth the money. I am glad I hired a true professional to do the work."

Unit stopped working 2-2-21, called Master-Tech (wouldn't even return my call). I called Baileys, who had someone here at 8 am 2-4-21, fixed all problems (and there were several). The honored Amana warranty, did a fine job and have my unit working better than brand new! Will not consider anyone else in the future. I wish I had done business with Bailey's from the get go. "the electrical service panel this company installed was installed in one day. our other one for some reason, may be lightning, exploded and burned and just nearly caught the house on fire. reliable builders took care of everything from fixing the burned wires to a fuse box and cut off switch with breakers, having the power turned back on from the power pole by the power company and having the electrical inspectors pass the work they did, and getting us back in the home. very impressive. <br />"
