"Spoke with Alex in the early morn, he came to assess the entire prop and his Team showed up before 4 P.M. and totally cleared off the jungle of weeds and trimmed and styled large and small out of control bushes all around the prop. Down to the small rocks from the curb to the sides and back of our house - looks like a new place now to us and we will be brining him back for other projects and the repeats when needed. He said they crew would show up around 7:15AM +/- 15 minutes. I got the call at 7:15 as they pulled up to my house. He had to come back once to fix a small problem with a vent hose. He was there when he said he would. He also gave me an extra package of shingles should repairs ever be needed.
