"Extremely well. The owner and his employees were considerate and always concerned with our property and that of our neighbor. In a relatively small space  their creative ideas and use of colors and patterns turned an eyesore into a place we can enjoy and share with family and friends. The project was completed in four days and a pool that was in close proximity was as pristine as the day the project started. The work is hard and tedious and we greatly appreciate their patience in answering our questions and keeping us informed on their progress, and what was coming next. Good folks, fun to be around. "We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! Four Avian Glen neighbors (Kelly, Shafer, Humbert, YA) received several bids to improve their low lying, very damp lawn areas.  Contractor was selected based upon price & visit discussion.  Per their contract, initial 50% down payment was provided up front, but then there occurred a four month delay in the work.  Communication responses were poor during that time as to the status of the beginning the work.

The "swamp" areas were fixed with a drainage solution that required installing gravel/drainage pipe under ground.  As identified by the contractor, dog electric fence line was cut as well as in ground sprinkler line.  Both repaired by original contractors per My Personal Gardner contract.  Then, My Personal Gardner came out, filled in dirt/stone and threw down grass seed as his final delivery.

Upon inspection by homeowners, all dirt areas had medium to large stones, the dirt levels were not even with surrounding grass areas and several places homeowners sunk 2-4 inches in the dirt.  Homeowners had to finish the landscaping of all dug areas by raking out the stones, leveling the dirt, filling in holes, leveling with 11 bags of top soil and spread new grass seed. 

So our neighbors agreed upon grade = C.    B=fixing drainage issue; D=communication/responsiveness; F=final lawn delivery.  We all thought since they had "Gardener" in their company's name they would leave each lawn area raked out, level and flat.  A Saturday afternoon by the neighbors of raking, tamping and spreading grass seed returned each area to its original level form.

"They do excellent, very professional work. Highly recommend, especially for hardscape projects. Could be a little more mindful and cautious during their work, but recognize collateral damage is inevitable in most situations; i.e. you can't construct a patio without trampling the lawn a bit. Overall, they were attentive to protecting surrounding areas. Clean up was acceptable. Very polite, very focused on pleasing the customer. Went through three landscapers (yeah, three) who kept pushing me back on their calendar again and again until I fired them. Earthworks had to reschedule a couple of times, but not to the point of being completely unreasonable. Weather conditions have been a major factor this year, which is beyond anyone's control. Overall, great work, nice people, customer-first mentality. Absolutely will use them for my landscaping needs from now on."

"Everything went fine for the first treatment! They were quick to email me for times that I had available for the first treatment. My only issue is the lack of communication about what exactly they were doing. The young man who came to do the treatment didn't explain anything and unfortunately I was gone by the time they finished. They left me an invoice with the information about what was applied, but I have no idea the details--for example I have kids and pets so I didn't know how long they had to stay off the grass. I also have not heard from the provider about the details of the next applications, but I also haven't reached out to them either so I do not fault them for it.
Overall so far I'm happy with the purchase! Our lawn looked much better after the first treatment, it started to kill off the creeping charlie that is invading the edges of our lawn!
