"We hired Bryon to install a ceramic tiled shower in our previous residence back in 2017. We had to wait 5 months in order to get the project started, and believe me, it was worth the wait! We recently purchased a new pre-existing home and received several quotes from local contractors as well as Bryon to remove two fiberglass shower stalls and replace them with ceramic tiled walk-in showers. We also had him install 600 square feet of subway tile as backsplash in our kitchen. I believe Bryon is one of the few contractors left today that still believes in quality work and craftsmanship as well as a fair and reasonable price for the work he is asked to perform. They didnâ t like the way the paint was covering on the 1st day so they without being asked went ahead and primed the wall and repainted. This was no extra charge passed on to me. "It went great. Eric was present when the insurance adjuster came to check it out and he worked with her to get us as much money as possible. Insurance only paid for the ceiling water stain removal and attic work, but not for roof replacement because roof problem was not from wind or hail, etc.
The work needed 3 contractors - Roof guys, mold remediator and Painter. We got quotes form 2 other companies, but decided to go with Eric due to several reasons - local business, he himself is the owner; the price, which was better than the other 2 companies; his ability to get the whole job done in 2.5 days during the snowy month of Jan-Feb. The roof guys worked in coordination with the Mold remediator and they finished that part in 1.5 days. The painter came another day and finished the interior work in that day. With the other companies, they were only able to do 1 or 2 of the things and we had to get the painter by ourselves.
The whole team did a great job. They cleaned up the yard completely.
We are still waiting on the paperwork - final receipts, the certificates for insurance purposes, though."
