"Never again. They were SO pushy. Guy wouldn?t leave our house for 2 hours trying to talk us into a much larger gutter job than we needed, while only one critical stretch of gutters were in urgent need of re-routing. That was too little of a job, apparently, until the guy ?talked with the boss? about a deal for the very next day. We said sure (mostly just to get him to leave), and the guy created a gutter plan. The next day, a CLEARLY contract crew showed up, didn?t even know what the gutter plan was and didn?t speak English so it was hard to tell him what to do since I myself didn?t even know the technicality of it all. Had their own branded truck, NOT Home Genius. Then they didn?t include 2 of the elements that were needed (and paid for) AND didn?t put in flashing correctly. 2 years later and a corner still drips from some shoddy job they did and supposedly fixed after original install. Then the company went through a phase of calling me 3 times a day from 100 different numbers. NO!"

"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him. "

"At first, it went well. Roofing and siding were done as promised. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Then it went downhill. A worker nicked one of my new front shutters. We were told that it would be replaced. Never was. The piping that led from the bathroom vent to the outside laid on the attic floor, got water in it and froze during the winter. My husband removed 2 buckets-full of water from it and fixed the problem himself. The ridge vent was on the original contract. When it wasn't installed, we were told we would have to pay an additional $50 for it because it wasn't planned. We paid. It has never been installed and we have not received our money back. It will be 2 years since the contract was drawn and the payment made. Have not heard a word from them since July 2016 when we were told that the vent and the new shutter was in."
