"Great customer service and prompt and efficient."

"review update 4/27/26 We had multiple projects in our home and he was very reasonable with price and fair He was able to troubleshoot our light issues in our first and second floor. Nice guy"

"I enjoy having him do work for me. He is very good at what he does. He always explains everything he does, and never tried to take advantage of me"

"Stated he would be there at 8AM & you could set your clock by that. Ready to rock & roll from the get go, replaced a total of seven panels, made sure it was set right & cleaned each panel. Upon completion he cleaned up entire area, price quoted was price paid. I'm excited about the look of the house. My neighbor liked the job also."

"Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. Bonus, if there was pizza and a beer as the light at the end of the tunnel, they would always put in a few extra hours. Great guys. I will be using All Phases again for my next project."

"Alex, Vadim, and Tom did an amazing job updating and repairing my screen porch. They listened to what I wanted, offered valuable suggestions, and made it happen. The result is everything I hoped for and yet, better. They were professional, yet friendly and just really nice guys. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns immediately. The price and costs were extremely reasonable and the final product is worth every dollar and then some. I will use them again for other projects, and have recommended them to family and friends. The quality of the work is exceptional. They arrived every day on time, and completed the project on time."

"What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was punctual and kept every appointment (this is rare in the Poconos). He made many expert recommendations for my job (removing an existing wood entrance deck and replacing with a larger, beautiful Trex version). Sourcing materials in the Summer of 2020 was very difficult, but Jim was able to get everything needed and completed the job on time and for the price agreed on. The work done by Jim and his son-in-law was high quality and a great value. What a great find. Highly recommend!"

"Michael explained everything he was doing step by step. It was a pleasure working with him."

"Great experience! Jack is very responsive and easy to work with. I initially requested an estimate on repairing my kitchen sink and faucet. After meeting Jack and realizing the variety of services he offered, I asked him to also paint my kitchen cupboards. By the time scheduled workday was here, I had requested several additions jobs….like assembling an Amazon purchased kitchen island, installing floating shelves above my kitchen cupboards and repairing my front door. He came in with the appropriate amount of helpers, was on time and got right to work. He finished in the promised amount of time. He’s very transparent with all costs and willing to work with customers to get their project done within their pricing means. I will definitely be hiring legacy again!"

"They were wonderful! They contacted me immediately about the job and stayed in communication until their arrival, which was on time. They got right to work replacing my broken window and were quick, did the job right and cleaned up afterwards. They were also very pleasant and easy to work with. I could not have expected any more than the excellent job that they did. I highly recommend them!"
