I called him and left a message to get an estimate, he called me back two hours later, we set something up, and a few days later showed up, took notes, went home and gave me a written proposal the next morning. Very fair price! Not the most expensive, and he wasnâ t the least expensive! You get what you pay for, and I got more than I paid for, he went out of his way to take care of a few things that needed to be done that we didnâ t even discuss, and the best part, no extra hidden charge, which I totally appreciated! His crew is outstanding, very professional, cleaned everything up like they werenâ t there. I highly recommend them, John truly cares about his reputation you will not be disappointed!"

I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"Except for the fact that it took longer than anticipated, I could not be happier with the results and the impeccable servive. Jeff has a dedicated crew that does great work. I did find a few things that I asked to be changed or improved and there was never a problem and no extra charge. In addition, Jeff researched at length to get us the best way to install a fireplace and chimney. This guy is a GEM!"

"Showed up on time and were flexible as to the job being changed to a different location.  I was charged and additional $75 for exposing cover of tank, which took less than 2 minutes.  They defined it as digging to expose the cover, about 4" below grade.  I thought this was a bit excessive.

"They were very responsive and got the job I asked for done quickly, which is much more than I have gotten from other contractors. However, they did not use caution and banged on the side of my house enough to break some of my most beloved things in another room that I've had my whole life. I had to glue one back together and the other is gone forever. They also didn't do a good job with the flooring and had to come back and fix it. But their fix was a bit haphazard. I still don't feel totally comfortable with what was done, but I'm glad they did it. Also one of the workers ghosted my mom after she paid for landscaping."

I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
