HE EVEN STOPPED, TO CALL ME OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT 1 OF THE PIECES BEFORE HE PUT IT DOWN. I WAS SHOCKED. I DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR, HE STOPPED WENT AND GOT ANOTHER PIECE (SAME DAY) FINISHED IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT? PROBABLY CLOSE TO ZERO. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THE MAN GETS 10 STARS."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"
