"We were advised by our water company that we had a leak and were losing 100 gallons of water per hour. After checking all the indoor possibilities, knew we needed professional help. Lee was referred by a contractor we had worked with so I called. Just by sheer luck, he had finished a project early and could come right away. After running multiple tests, he determined the leak was between the house and the meter, some 30 yards from the house. Our house is very old, therefore had lead pipes. Lee suggested replacing the entire line, although he was willing to repair the leak if that wasn't possible for us. He provided a fair estimate and started work the morning after the utilitiy companies gave clearance for the dig, which was about 48 hours. Since our water was turned off at the main, he was sympathetic to our needs and was able to rearrange one of his less urgent jobs in order to accommodate us. I've never seen someone work so hard, yet remain so extremely pleasant! We could 100% tell he knew what he was doing and also loves what he does. Without hesitation, we would 1000% recommend Lee for your plumbing needs."

"I had a sump pump problem and needed answers fast. What was very impressive about Berryman is they had a solution for my problem right over the phone. I just texted them a picture of the old sump pump and they got back with me the next day with the solution and estimate of my problem. Everyone else wanted to come out and take a look. This saved so much time, which was important to my problem, because I didn't want my basement to flood any more. Micheal and his son came out to house with everything they need to take care of the problem. What was very impressive is they explained what they were doing, and they did it in a way anyone could understand it. They put in a new brass sump pump and a new jet pump for back up. Not only did this give me peace of mind, but I was very pleased at the price for their service. It was extremely reasonable. I will never use another plumbing service ever again. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They seem to really care about getting the best solution for the customer. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. A couple of days after the work was done, the backup pump alarm sounded for no apparent. They came back immediately, checked out the system, and went over the operation with me, again. The cellar is quite dry, now."

"It was my grandmother's house and repairs hadn't been done since she purchased the home more than twenty years ago. The installer was able to put new parts in the old tanks and get them working again. He was also able to tighten up some bolts to stop a leak in the back of one of the toilets. It would have cost about $350 each to replace the toilets; he was able to fix them for $200 total, including parts and labor. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked."

"The initial inspection and estimate went great.  I felt absolutely no pressure to buy.  The guys at Crawlspace Doctor spent time teaching me about the crawl space and why the area under the house should be conditioned like the inside of the home.  They even came back for a second time to answer additional questions without any confirmation that I would be hiring them to do the work. <br /> The quality of the work was outstanding and the job was completed ahead of schedule.  They determined my dryer vent was too clogged to clean and replaced it at no additional cost.  They also moved the dryer vent and bricked up the hole left in the side of the house at no additional cost. <br /> I have even seen increased efficiency with my heating.  I used to keep my house at 68-70 degrees fahrenheit during the winter.  I now keep it at 65 degrees fahrenheit and remain 100% comfortable.  I would assume this is due to the fact that there is no longer cold air under the house that pulls heat away from the house.  The crawl space is now heated and cooled the same as the inside of the house.  <br /> It's a dream to have a vapor barrier installed if you do any work under the house or have water shut-off's under the house.  I can freely enter the crawl space (without it being excessively hot or cold), move around easily, and come out just as clean as I went in. <br /> I will admit that the cost of the work was quite a bit more in comparison to other companies, but no one else was going to do anywhere near the amount of work that they did.  I still believe the cost was more than fair for the quality of work that was performed. <br /> Lastly, I would encourage anyone to ask for before and after pictures of the work these guys have done. <br />"
