"We were advised by our water company that we had a leak and were losing 100 gallons of water per hour. After checking all the indoor possibilities, knew we needed professional help. Lee was referred by a contractor we had worked with so I called. Just by sheer luck, he had finished a project early and could come right away. After running multiple tests, he determined the leak was between the house and the meter, some 30 yards from the house. Our house is very old, therefore had lead pipes. Lee suggested replacing the entire line, although he was willing to repair the leak if that wasn't possible for us. He provided a fair estimate and started work the morning after the utilitiy companies gave clearance for the dig, which was about 48 hours. Since our water was turned off at the main, he was sympathetic to our needs and was able to rearrange one of his less urgent jobs in order to accommodate us. I've never seen someone work so hard, yet remain so extremely pleasant! We could 100% tell he knew what he was doing and also loves what he does. Without hesitation, we would 1000% recommend Lee for your plumbing needs."

"I had a sump pump problem and needed answers fast. What was very impressive about Berryman is they had a solution for my problem right over the phone. I just texted them a picture of the old sump pump and they got back with me the next day with the solution and estimate of my problem. Everyone else wanted to come out and take a look. This saved so much time, which was important to my problem, because I didn't want my basement to flood any more. Micheal and his son came out to house with everything they need to take care of the problem. What was very impressive is they explained what they were doing, and they did it in a way anyone could understand it. They put in a new brass sump pump and a new jet pump for back up. Not only did this give me peace of mind, but I was very pleased at the price for their service. It was extremely reasonable. I will never use another plumbing service ever again. I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They seem to really care about getting the best solution for the customer. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. "Crawlspace Doctor did some of the most professional work I've ever seen. The job was expensive, but Robert and Matthew Wells (father and son team) exceeded all of my expectations. I don't think I've ever seen people work so hard or care so much about what they were doing. My crawlspace was literally sucking heating and cooling out of my home, but the Wells cleaned it up and sealed it so meticulously that it now looks like a research lab clean room. They did my job about five months ago. Since then, I've already saved hundreds on my energy bills. I really liked the way they took before-and-after photos of everything they did. What's more, I'll always be grateful for them alerting me to shoddy work done by the HVAC contractor I've trusted for 25 years. When Robert and Matthew recommended I should have my duct work redone, I asked my HVAC contractor to do the job. He sent two men who spent a day down in my crawlspace. When they left, they said everything was in great shape. But the Wells quickly saw that the main HVAC issues (several unattached ducts, rusted out plenum) had in fact not been addressed. But I can honestly say that this is one of the best home improvements I've ever done. If you doubt it, read the U.S. Department of Energy guidelines on crawlspace encapsulation, which is now the standard for making your crawlspace as energy efficient as possible. The Wells follow these guidelines to the letter. You can't go wrong. Do it!"
