"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Mike Turner came to my house for the initial estimate for the job. I had water leaking into my finished basement through the joint where the concrete wall meets the floor. It had become so bad that I had a significant pool of water in the middle of my basement. Mike did a great job explaining why my basement was leaking, and why B-Dry's solution would permanently solve the problem. He spent about an hour with me going over the details of the job, drawing up a plan, and letting me know what I'd need to do beforehand to prepare the basement for the job. Not only was I impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, B-Dry's price was less than 2 other estimates I had from other companies. <br /> The crew that came out to perform the job were great. They were friendly and courteous. The work is pretty dirty, and they did a good job of minimizing the mess. The job took 3 days, which was pretty quick given the amount of work involved. They had to remove the concrete around the perimeter of the basement, install the drain system, and also dig and install a new sump pump. <br /> The system has been in place for 2 weeks now, and we just had a weekend of very heavy rain to the point where there is some flooding in my neighborhood. My basement has stayed completely dry, where before I'd start to see signs of water a few hours after a rainfall. I'm very satisfied with the system B-Dry installed and I'm confident that my basement will remain dry. <br />"

"They did a great job. Very professional. The only reason I didn’t choose them is because another company lowered their price by almost $2,000 to get the job. (All companies came in around the same price.) But I probably would’ve gone with B Dry otherwise."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. I can not thank Acculevel enough for their hard work and reasonable pricing for my job. I would highly recommend them for all your foundation and stabilization needs. Super job Acculevel!!!! 10 stars"

"Our pump was running every couple of minutes, so we obviously thought there was something wrong with it. Walkington came and checked it all over and found that the pump and well are fine, so determined there is water running somewhere else in the house. They investigated further and were able to figure out where the problem most likely exists so that we can contact the right professionals to take care of the issue. Very friendly, professional, thoughtful, and willing to take the time to explain and make sure all our questions were answered. We are extremely happy with Walkington!"

"We had some work done by another contractor that required moving our washer and dryer away from the wall. The other contractors damaged the shut off valves and hose connections, so there were multiple leaks happening, which we discovered about 12 hours after the other contractor completed work. Mr. Rooter was available to come on a Saturday with practically no notice - Scott B. arrived only 3 or 4 hours after we called on Saturday morning. We were very pleased to have the service completed right away. Scott replaced the shut off valves and hoses for both hot and cold lines to our washing machine. He tested everything out to make sure that nothing was leaking after he was done and even though he had to leave to get the necessary parts to complete the work, he finished within a very reasonable amount of time. Everything works perfectly and he was friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaint is that the service was pretty expensive."
