"This is the first 1 star review I've given in my life. We had our driveway resealed by Larry & Custom Sealcoating, and unfortunately, it came out terribly. The crack filler that Larry used is still soft 11+ days after the job was completed. After discussing this with Larry, he took no accountability, and went on to tell me that the crack filler would be soft FOR MONTHS. He absolutely never explained that beforehand. We have two kids, and having a driveway with melted crack filler for the summer is crazy. If you step on it right now, the imprint of your sneaker is on it! I even reached back out to Larry and requested that he come back, scrape the crack filler up, and touch up the rest of the driveway with the sealant spray - but he refused. The only thing he offered was dropping off more black sand to put on top of it, but then went on to tell me that if I touched it I'd get tiny splinters in my hands - clearly not something we can do with kids running around! Overall, the quality of work was awful, but the customer service after the fact - and the refusal to take any accountability, left me no choice but to leave this review. One of the worst experiences I've ever had - and with MANY other options for driveway sealcoating, I highly recommend you look elsewhere."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

We found J Perry Paving had the most satisfied customers so we requested an estimate. They came to the property and gave us a quote. We were very satisfied with the amount and scheduled that day to have the work done. They showed up on time and were very professional. We have received so many compliments and when neighbors asked who did it and we told them they all said they knew someone who had work done by Joe and said they are the best. We agree with them. We plan on having the sealcoating done in the summer. Great job and very nice to work with."

"Had a driveway installed in April of 2022. By February 2023 several cracks had developed, including a large one in the middle of the driveway. Texted and also called with my concerns and was told they would come out and repair and that it was an easy process. Here it is January 2024 and nothing has been done so it'll be another winter of snow and ice to make the problem even worse. They are not reliable."
