"Initial response was almost immediate. Eladio came the same day and we discussed the job - a concrete patio to be built where our garden was. Once a price was agreed upon we scheduled the job. The crew of four was here on a Saturday for more than 10 hours. I was grateful that they did it all in one day. They worked very hard, and worked together like they had done this job a thousand times before. They answered questions. They asked how I wanted something done and followed through. "John met with me the day after we talked on the phone. He took some measurements, explained what he would do, and gave me a price. I ok'd project a week later. He gave me a date that the work would be done. He had to change the date once, due to weather (to cold and he didnt want to risk the ground still being frozen). I agreed with him. Jon from Spike Inc was able to clear a homesite from this mess, and plan for an ICF home to be built in this rugged terrain. Along the way Spike Inc has helped me to overcome many obstacles while completing the following: -trenching 680+ feet of underground electrical line and installing the pipe to hold it, and building the pedestal and transformer required by the electric company -trenching and installing a water line to the foundation site from a well -build a new driveway to the homesite again battling ledge and sloped ground -rough out the septic area and plan for install -oversee the planning and building of an ICF structure(footing in place) The Spike Inc crew has worked on the property at different points during this year and overcome one of the rainiest summers in New Hampshire history. Jon and the Spike crew were flexible and accommodating so that I could be present during almost all of the work. It has been awesome to be a part of the whole process.
