"A little hard to contract at first due to no one in the office but arrived on time for the estimate, on time to do the work, did the work described, very neat and clean, friendly worker."

"Below average attention to detail. LOTS of splatter on floors and baseboards that we're still trying to clean. Although I could not have painted faster, I would;d have painted much better doing it myself."

"Ed came over on time and began painting. Everything went great, including darker colored rooms that can really show streaks and white spots if done improperly. He was very easy to work with and I would recommend him again.
Ed's prices were also very reasonable compared to other providers. We were quoted at least 2x by other providers that did equal or less in work quality for other work we had them do.

"It's frustrating that every duct cleaning company does this and refuses to build a deal that works for the average house.  If it was $250 or $300 and they insured no additional costs for standard service I would think they would still do well.
Any way they seemed to have done a good job and after the furnace filter showed a lot of junk the next month when I replaced it's been fairly clean.

"The owner was very nice and attentive and got back to me very quickly. Fixed the ceiling in my bedroom and removed mold from my bathroom ceiling."

"BioClean does excellent work. They got us scheduled quickly and they were able to design a solution that made sense for the issue that we had rather than taking a one-size-fits all approach. They use excellent natural products that are effective and safe for the environment and people and pets. The mold is enough of an issue without adding harmful chemicals to the mix. The work was done quickly and professionally. The areas of our basement that Bioclean treated look better than ever. I highly recommend Bioclean if you have, or think you have, any mold issues in your house."

"I purchased the Big Deal in Oct. but the provider was unable to come to my home until late Dec. due to weather and other problems. They did keep in contact through emails and phone calls. They said that the deal was for a two story house and they considered my house to be 3 stories, counting the basement windows. They did go onto the roof and found damaged areas and will be back to repair them when the weather improves, but the work will not be covered by the Big Deal price."

"They were very nice to work with and they took care of the water damage and potential mold."

"I called Kevin the day my house was broken in to and he responded the same day and came two days later.  He really wasn't sure what had to be done, but was up front about his charges and said he would have to check out the damage.  After seeing the situation he said he could do an inexpensive fix and we agreed that he would repair the door frame.  I am very pleased with the way everything worked out."

"They did a good job, but they won't return my phone calls because they cut a wire in my furnace. I had to have it repaired and it was $100 and I was trying to get it back from them, but they won't return my calls. The tech opened the door to look in the furnace and when he did he cut a wire and messed up my air conditioning. I call them they said they will call me. I call them I leave a message and they won't return my call. They did a good job."
