Welcome to Upstate Structural Repair, LLC. We have over 20 years experience in structural repair. We work out of Taylors, SC, but we also cover the Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, SC area and more. Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism."

They booked a house of mine on Airbnb and smoked in it knowing it was a non smoking house and damaged my driveway and didn?t even attempt to fix it after confronting them them about the issues no response if they are willing to treat someone?s home in that manner I can?t imagine the corners they cut and how bad the quality of work they do is ? and you can obviously see how they handle problems when there is a issue by not responding!!!"

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
