He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. "Lot of good effort by Don Nichols to get this project started, though I got the sense from the beginning he has trying to bump up the project in materials to more than what I had stated was necessary in my RFQ. We did several reviews of the project, made changes, settled on a plan and then when I asked for scheduling and a bill of materials, contact ended. Don had a lot of difficulty in lining up a contractor to do excavating and concrete work, this had a lot to do in delaying the start of the project. Project it is on hold until I find another contractor to do the work."
