"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Lot of good effort by Don Nichols to get this project started, though I got the sense from the beginning he has trying to bump up the project in materials to more than what I had stated was necessary in my RFQ. We did several reviews of the project, made changes, settled on a plan and then when I asked for scheduling and a bill of materials, contact ended. Don had a lot of difficulty in lining up a contractor to do excavating and concrete work, this had a lot to do in delaying the start of the project. Project it is on hold until I find another contractor to do the work."
